Represented Stone Energy Corporation in the $575 million divestiture of its Rocky Mountain assets to Newfield Exploration Company in 2007. The transaction included Stone’s producing properties in Wyoming, North Dakota, Montana and other Rocky Mountain States and included approximately 550,000 acres  of undeveloped properties.


Represented Yuma County, Colorado oil and gas industry clients in promulgation of Rule 318B at Colorado Oil and Gas Commission, as well as multiple DJ Basin oil and gas companies in Rule 318A rulemaking.
