Dante Tomassoni joined Beatty & Wozniak in March 2011. His practice includes title examination and matters relating to exploration, production, and development of oil and gas as well as local, state, and federal permitting and regulatory issues. Dante came to Beatty & Wozniak, from Crowley Fleck in Bismarck, North Dakota bringing experience in the same fields, as well as Oil and Gas litigation. Dante also has experience in North Dakota working for as a Professional Petroleum Landman and In-house Attorney where he performed in-house title ownership reports, oil and gas leasing, title curative, prepared in-house royalty division recommendations and drafted easements and communitization agreements. Dante also spent time working in private practice civil litigation.
Dante graduated with Academic Distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law in May 2008. While at U.N.D., Dante clerked for Robert Vogel Law Office where, in addition to his civil litigation experience, he helped research and produce a published law review article. He also worked simultaneously as a Westlaw Student Representative and a Graduate Assistant Coach in the Fighting Sioux Hockey program. Dante was also active in Intramural Hockey. Dante graduated Summa Cum Laude from the College of St. Scholastica in 2005 with a B.A. in Economics. While at St. Scholastica, Dante played both Hockey and Baseball and was twice named to the NCHA All-Academic team.
Dante is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Landmen, Landman's Association of North Dakota, Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation, American Bar Association (Natural Resources Section), North Dakota Petroleum Council, Denver Association of Petroleum Landmen and Denver Association of Oil and Gas Title Lawyers.
In his free time, Dante enjoys coaching and playing hockey, playing men's softball, golfing, hunting and fishing. |
