Eric Vinton advises clients in various facets of the oil and gas industry, including exploration and production, gas gathering, processing and transportation. Eric provides advice and counsel across a diverse set of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, debt and equity financings, joint venture and joint operating arrangements, recapitalizations and reorganizations. In addition, Eric has provided advice to start-up and lower middle market clients involved in the renewable energy industry.
Prior to joining Beatty & Wozniak, Eric was in the corporate and business group of a large Denver-based regional law firm. Eric earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2003, where he served on the Board of Editors for the University of Colorado Law Review.
In addition to his work at Beatty & Wozniak, Eric has been involved with the formation of and has served on the board of directors for a number of Denver area non-profit organizations, including the Energy Leadership Organization – Rocky Mountain Chapter.
