Gary Ewing is a seasoned real estate attorney who has written title curative requirements for billions of dollars in surface transactions. His career has emphasized work for title companies, real estate lenders, and real estate departments of large corporations.
His law school studies emphasized natural resource law. He did not like viewing the current Rocky Mountain energy boom from the sidelines. He decided it was time to apply his extensive title background to the needs of the oil and gas industry.
His favorite job, at least prior to Beatty & Wozniak, was as an in-house attorney with a "dot-com", where he helped develop an online mortgage origination and real estate referral system that was purchased by LendingTree.com. He enjoys his work in the Title Group at Beatty & Wozniak as much as his work with the "dot-com", and is confident the energy boom will last much longer than the "dot-com" boom.
In his free time, he enjoys hiking, tennis, writing, independent films and studying Spanish.
