Becky Noecker graduated first in her class from the University of Wyoming and has almost 20 years of experience litigating in the energy industry. She has served not only as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Colorado Interstate Gas Company, but also on its board of directors. Additionally, she worked as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for ANR Pipeline Company. Becky advised management regarding all aspects of the pipeline business and participated in all of the FERC rulemakings that deregulated much of the industry. She has an insider’s understanding of the energy industry and what energy executives expect from a law firm.
Becky started working at Colorado Interstate Gas Company in 1985 and was instrumental in successfully litigating hundreds of cases filed against pipelines during that era. Armed with this experience, Becky has been instrumental in aligning Beatty & Wozniak’s mission with its clients’ satisfaction. “We understand their budgets and the issues they have with their own clients,” she says. “We’ve been in their position, so our goal is to pursue the quickest, most cost-effective result that achieves their goals.”
Becky grew up in Wyoming, an energy hotbed, so energy is in her roots. She has dealt with cases from creation of the lease to explosions at the burner tip. She escapes to her cabin in the Wyoming mountains whenever she can. |
